I have a strong feeling water, and or vapor is not at all what NASA is up to. Sounds to me like they are trying to alter the distance the moon is from earth. Laws of gravity say the moon drifts ever so slightly away from us. Maybe the genius' at NASA think that is why we are having so many natural disasters currently, and in the recent past. I personally think they could have come up with a better excuse , WATER, pfft !

this all reminds me of that old sci-fi show "space 1999"
you know the one, the moon has a big blast and is shot away from the earth - the peaple living on the moon have a hoot like they or on star-trek and the peaple on earth all die from lack of moon.
lets all hope nasa is not pulling off the biggest fuck up in history...... i watched wasy to much TV in the 70s
