Does anyone really believe that Diana was murdered? If so why do you believe it and who do you think ordered it to be done?
Personally I think it was a terrible accident and, sadly, one that was destined to happen with the press attention she was receiving at the time. However I'm open to what others think ...

Re: Diana - Conpiracy or not?
Sun, March 11, 2007 - 9:30 AMLike you, I think it was a tragic accident waiting to happen. It will be interesting to see if the inquest throws up anything new. -

Wed, March 14, 2007 - 1:08 PMMost probably an accident but I'm sure some people believe otherwise, I just think that gives the Royals too much credit!

Re: Diana - Conpiracy or not?
Wed, March 14, 2007 - 6:46 PMI've forgotten - wasn't there another vehicle involved? .. a particular vehicle that might be accused of being the prime instigator of the accident (aside from all the pursuing paparazi)?
Was that vehicle and driver ever found?
Isn't the driver of that vehicle the prime suspect (aside from whoever may have hired him)?
I can understand the driver would be scared to death of ever stepping forward, but it might help to clear up "conspiracy theories".
" Does anyone really believe that Diana was murdered?"
Well, lets think of it this way, if you were going to set someone up for a "hit" and make it look like an accident - doesn't an auto accident seem pretty unreliable?
I think they did a lot of boating? I would have thought a boating accident (explosion in the engine room, etc) might have had a higher probability of causing death. Assasins would have all sorts of more reliable ways of taking one or both out and still make it look like an accident.
So, no - I don't think Princess Di was murdered; peope survive horrendous auto accidents quite often.
But, I wish they had "all" the drivers from that night so the loose ends could be tied up. -

Re: Diana - Conpiracy or not?
Fri, March 16, 2007 - 11:18 AMDepends on your definitions of culpability. In theory, in some jurisdictions, the persons creating the circumstances which lead to a death are guilty of the death itself, in that case the paparazzi. Depraved Indifference is a term that comes to mind to describe the mindset of people who would run up to a crash site which they instigated and begin snapping photos of the bodies. No need to get into conspiracies when you can find the facts so easily. It just depends on how the accountability is portioned out, legally speaking. The rest is grandstanding and armchair theorizing by people trying to manipulate the circumstances for some sort of personal gain.
